Registration fee include
- Full access to all conference sessions, keynotes and tutorials
- Admission to the welcome reception, poster sessions, conference dinner and social networking events
- Daily coffee breaks, lunch
- Conference materials (name badge, etc.)
Student Support
A limited number of fee waivers and travel grants will be available through the Student Support Program. More information available in Student Support section.

To register for the conference, please:

Cancellation
If for some reason you want to cancel your participation, please inform QIP Local Organizing Committee writing to the following email address: qip2026@lu.lv. If a cancellation is received on or before 29th of December 2025 an administration charge of 30% of the registration fee remains due. Any refunds will be made after the conference. Participants who cancel after the 29th of December 2025 or fail to attend, will be liable to pay the entire registration fee. Substitutes will be accepted at any time provided that QIP Organizing Committee is informed of the change. Cancellations or changes must be sent in writing to the following email address: qip2026@lu.lv.
