Poster Stand Assignment
- Each presenter is assigned a poster stand number, which can be found on the QIP 2026 website.
Note: Stand numbers are different from poster submission numbers.
- Poster stands are arranged in numerical order throughout the hall.
- If you are unsure of your stand number, please contact the registration desk staff.
Please mount your poster only on your designated stand!
Technical Specifications
- Poster size: min A1 size (594 x 841 cm; 23.4 x 33.1 inches), max A0 size (841 x 1189cm; 33.1 × 46.8 inches), portrait orientation
(Landscape format will not fit the poster stand.) - Mounting materials (e.g., sticky tack, tape) will be provided on site.
- If you require electricity, please contact the organizers in advance at qip2026@lu.lv.
Poster Removal
- Posters should be removed immediately after each day’s poster session.
- Posters left after 20:00 will be removed by technical staff.
On-Site Assistance
- Support will be available at the registration desk for mounting supplies, stand issues, and practical questions.
Wi-Fi & Connectivity
Free Wi-Fi will be available across the whole conference center.
